Dr. Schmidt welcomes all new patients with a letter that reserves an initial appointment for examination and diagnosis of dental problems. Questions or discussions regarding proposed treatment plan and alternatives or other matters of concern for the patient are invited. When a treatment plan has been determined, professional fees are estimated and financial arrangements completed. The fees include the treatment plan and any emergency treatment related to the plan. Many patients receive dental treatment in other offices, which is related to our treatment plan. Such treatment is not included in our financial estimate.
The office is happy to complete and file dental benefits for patients.
Dr. Schmidt's office offers continuing periodic care by Registered Dental Hygienists: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
We accept major credit cards and personal checks. Payment for the examination appointment is due at the time of the services. Extended payment plans are offered for individuals for subsequent treatment. Treatment plans are presented to all patients before any treatment begins.
